DUTIES

- Technical and creative development of various interior concepts
- From strategic concept to detailed execution
- Responsible management of projects and clients
- Interdisciplinary position between architecture, interior design and product design
- Tendering, building applications, work planning, implementation planning etc.
- Project management (coordination of all project participants, control of construction progress, quality management)
- Focus on LPH5 and LPH8

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- At least 7 years of professional experience in interior design
- High technical and design competence
- Open and interdisciplinary thinking
- independent, reliable, structured work
- great enthusiasm to think up and implement new solutions
- confidence in using common software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Indesign, MS Office
- Written and spoken German and English

DUTIES

(mail processing, telephone correspondence, refill management, filing, etc.)
- Appointment organization and coordination
- Preparation and follow-up of appointments
- Support for project partners and customers
- Invoice verification and preparatory bookkeeping
- Supporting the entire team in all office and project activities

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
- Professional handling of Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and strong communication skills
- Initiative and commitment
- Self-confident appearance
- Professionalism in dealing with customers
- Eloquence and good language skills in German and English
